Import/Export Coordinator
Role overview
We are looking for a Import/Export Coordinator to join Stone Harbor Works and contribute directly to our construction work. You will work alongside our existing team on live client engagements from your first weeks, with support from senior colleagues as you get up to speed.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of import/export coordinator tasks across active client engagements.
- Work closely with colleagues across the team to keep delivery on track.
- Communicate progress and any risks clearly and early, rather than at the last moment.
- Contribute ideas for improving how the team works, not just the immediate task list.
Desired skills
- Relevant experience or demonstrable ability in import/export coordinator work.
- Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable working directly with colleagues and clients.
- A methodical, detail-conscious approach to your work.
- Genuine interest in the sector and in building a long-term career with the company.
What we expect
We expect reliable ownership of your workstreams, proactive communication when things change, and a collaborative approach to feedback and review.
